US police weigh officer discipline after rally, Capitol riot

An Associated Press review finds at least 31 officers are being scrutinized or face criminal charges tied to the Jan. 6 events in the nation’s capital. Most haven’t been publicly identified and only a few have been charged. The Etihad Stadium has been signed over to use for the NHS The 55,000 seater stadium is likely to be used by the NHS to run training courses for staff involved on the frontline to treat the pandemic, according to Sky Sports. The government have sought creative solutions to the need for greater medical space in the last fortnight and work has begun on the Excel Centre in east London to be transformed into a hospital.
