first_imgDespite a police hunt that has now extended over three weeks, the RCMP hasn’t located either the suspect vehicle or driver, in last month’s fatal hit and run incident in Fort St. John.A 14 year-old boy was killed, while riding his bicycle southbound, on 76th street, with two friends.He attempted to cross 89th avenue, and collided with a west bound vehicle which has been described as red, with possible passenger side damage.- Advertisement -The inexact description also refers to it as “boxy,” and it is not believed to be either a car or pick-up truck.The incident occurred at approximately 7.35PM, on May 11th, and police continue to take public information assistance calls at 250-787-8140 and 1-800-222-8477.last_img read more

(PHOTO/KCCA FC)Uganda Premier League KCCA FC vs Onduparaka FC StarTimes Stadium, LugogoFriday, 11-10-2019 @4pmLUGOGO – KCCA FC will be hoping to return to winning ways when they take on Onduparaka at the StarTimes Uganda Premier league on Friday afternoon.After a decent start to the season that saw them beat African Stars in the CAF Champions League 1st round and two victories in as many games in the UPL, things have turned for the worst.Mike Mutebi’s side have been eliminated from the Champions League at the hands of Petro de Luanda and are yet to win any of their last three games UPL games.A 2-1 loss at Tooro United was followed up by a draw at home to Bright Stars and then KCCA FC were humiliated 3-0 away to BUL in the last game.It is a period that has not been welcomed with open arms by the Kasasiro faithful and one the club will be hoping to pit an end to as soon as possible.Speaking ahead of the game, KCCA FC head coach Mike Mutebi noted that he is not worried about the current run of form.“We have recorded disappointing results but we shall over come, said Mutebi.“We have a responsibility to respond and try to pick a result against Onduparaka FC.“We shall bounce back and get back to winning ways.“We create a lot of chances during the game and all we need to do is pit them away and when we do, we shall win games again.”KCCA FC will be boosted by the return of Allan Okello who missed the loss to BUL FC due to illness.
